Here’s a short video on how one person got more productive by just sleeping more.
We have said this many times – sleep is essential for your productivity. How you manage your energy has a profound effect on how you feel and how productive you are. When was the last time you were super productive while you were tired? The times we are most productive are when we feel our best. When you are energized it’s so much easier to focus and get things done.
Here’s another way of looking at it: how you start your day determines for the most part on how well your day goes. If you start off negatively, then the rest of the day will be a failure. On the flip side, if you start your day positively, chances are the rest of your day will go well too.
The best way to start your day is by getting the right amount of sleep so you wake up well-rested, positively and ready to take on the world. That’s why we released Better Sleep – to guide you on getting the sleep you need so you’re ready to wake up productive. Then you can snowball from there by having your morning routine, setting your most important tasks for the day and then ticking off those boxes from your to do list.

thanks for the article / video!
I use on my iPhone an app from motionX (http://sleep.motionx.com) of my nights with detailed informations about my sleep every day.
I also use a sleep app that helps a lot – Sleepcycle. Sleeping more is definitely a good thing, as long as you can actually fall asleep!
That is the hard part for me anyways, but 5 htp and melatonin usually does the trick.
