  1. If you've been struggling to get fit or stay healthy, the good news is that you don't have to do it alone. Fitness can be fun and motivating, and it can also be rewarding. But even if you're not seeing results right away, don't give up. Persistence will pay off!
It's important to start slowly if you've never exercised before. If you go too hard right away, you could end up injuring yourself. Start with small changes like walking more often or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Over time, build up your activity level so that you're getting more exercise each day.
Once you've gotten used to regular activity, it's time to start adding some extra intensity and variety. Start with short bursts of high-intensity activity like sprinting or HIIT workouts and work your way up from there. You'll be surprised by how much better your body responds when you push yourself a little harder each time.
