3 Tips for Resurrecting Rituals

No matter how perfect you try to be, life will inevitably sometimes knock you off your game. Even if you have the perfect plan something will always come up that might derail you.

It’s the same thing with your rituals. You can have the best system and game plan in the world but if you don’t know how to handle setbacks (that will happen) it’s hard to maintain a ritual.

That’s why we have a whole module inside our Rituals course that shows you our best strategies for maintaining rituals and what to do when you lost a ritual. What’s interesting is that most of it is a psychological warfare – not something tactical that you do.

Let’s say you miss a workout. Some of us might then completely stop working out because we feel that the lost momentum is hard to get back. Others might feel really bad about it for a day and then resume the workout a week later. Then you have that small group of people who just go on with their life and pick up their ritual again without any hesitation.

What’s the difference?

It’s how you view the setback in your head. Do you start having doubts? Do you start this negative dialog in your head about how hard it is? Do thoughts cross your mind on how impossible it might seem to maintain this ritual?

If any of these cross your mind, it’s already game over.

Luckily, you can easily address this. This is something we go over a lot inside the Rituals course but today we’d like to give this video where we reveal 3 tactical strategies you can use right away for getting back on your rituals.

For more strategies and tips that will give you permanent, positive changes in your life, check out our Rituals course. But hurry up, it’s closing soon.

Interesting video, thank for sharing. In general, living without judgement forces us to accept life as it is, and thus starting a new ritual becomes much simpler. Moving past the fact that you stopped is essential to moving forward.

Thanks again!
