No matter how perfect you try to be, life will inevitably sometimes knock you off your game. Even if you have the perfect plan something will always come up that might derail you.
It’s the same thing with your rituals. You can have the best system and game plan in the world but if you don’t know how to handle setbacks (that will happen) it’s hard to maintain a ritual.
That’s why we have a whole module inside our Rituals course that shows you our best strategies for maintaining rituals and what to do when you lost a ritual. What’s interesting is that most of it is a psychological warfare – not something tactical that you do.
Let’s say you miss a workout. Some of us might then completely stop working out because we feel that the lost momentum is hard to get back.
