This was a very good podcast, I especially liked how it was emphasized the insights he gained. I read a book called clarity on insights, that book changed me personally. Nice job AE!

Oh my! Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. What a fabulous interview, congrats Zak! I am particularly grateful for Sam’s generosity – time, knowledge, resources and experience. What I gleaned from this one interview will add significant value to many aspects of my life and that of my colleagues, students, clients – AND long suffering husband and family of this long term business owner welcoming her own breakthrough!

Hmmmm, I wonder how this can be applied to personal workflows? There’s obviously the benefit of systemizing your morning/evening routines, but as someone who works alone a lot, I wonder what other ways you might be able to apply this kind of thinking in one’s personal life?

Great podcast! Really great insights into a) the foundations of a business (documentation) and separating and fixing systems.

Really great – thanks.
