Patrick Hart – dad, husband and process improvement specialist – comes on to talk about how Asian Efficiency gave him the “red pill” he had been looking for when it came to productivity. Now, rather than hoarding the latest productivity books, he can focus on developing new skills and adding value to the people in his life without worrying about Monday morning. He’s come on The Productivity Show to talk about his journey and what he’s learned along the way.
- How a 10 minute conversation with your boss can lead to freeing up hours in your week.
- How to get out of the habit of saying yes to everything.
- How getting in over your head and stress-testing your productivity system can lead to massive improvements.

I’ve been listening to your podcast each week for the past 4-5 months & am catching up on the older episodes I’ve missed. I loved this episode, especially the part where Patrick says he wasn’t listening to music anymore, just audio about productivity – this is me right now!! The suggestion to slow down and start implementing stuff instead of acquiring more and more knowledge and getting overwhelmed is just what I need. Back to the AE Primer for me :-D
